GLAMOUR model Katie Price has announced she is to get married for the third time.

Price, 34, said builder and part-time stripper Kieran Hayler proposed over a Christmas dinner, adding: "When something feels right I just go for it."

The mother-of-three, who has previously been married to Australian singer Peter Andre and cage fighter Alex Reid, split from Argentinian model Leandro Penna in October. Price has two children, Junior, aged seven, and Princess, aged five, with ex-husband Andre, 39.

BRITAIN is to transport foreign troops and equipment to Mali amid efforts to halt an advance by rebels.

The help was agreed in a phone call between David Cameron and President Francois Hollande, after France sent in forces to support the Malian government.

Downing Street stressed that no UK troops would engage in combat operations in the country, but two transport planes are expected to be deployed within 24-48 hours.

"The Prime Minister spoke to President Hollande this evening to discuss the deteriorating situation in Mali and how the UK can support French military assistance provided to the Malian Government to contain rebel and extremist groups in the north of the country," a spokeswoman said.

"The Prime Minister has agreed that the UK will provide logistical military assistance to help transport foreign troops and equipment quickly to Mali. We will not be deploying any British personnel in a combat role."

A 23-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with the murder of two Big Issue sellers who were fatally stabbed in a city centre.

Wayne Busst, 32, and Ian Watson-Gladwish, 31, were found stabbed in a busy shopping street in Birmingham just before 6pm on Friday night.

The 23-year-old man will appear at Birmingham Magistrates' Court today, West Midlands Police said.
