The Higher Compton mum-of-two has been losing weight for eight weeks in a hope to go from size 16 down to size 12.
Kerry has been boxing, using kettle bells, ropes, speed harnesses and agility ladders, as well as doing short spurts of intense exercise with rowing and squats.

With help from personal trainer Gavin Seymour from UCP Marjon, Kerry has also been completing tyre work which involves flipping the tyre to build upper body strength.
Kerry said: "I'm really going to give it everything I've got over the next few days.
"I'm getting closer and closer to my target and I'm loving the challenge. Now I'm just really excited for the wedding."
Gavin has also been monitoring Kerry's diet by encouraging her to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables while drinking lots of water and wheatgrass. Kerry's challenge also ties in with The Herald's loveLIFE campaign to encourage the city lose 100,000lbs and Kerry will 'donate' all her lost pounds.

“Weight loss diets have a habit of being difficult and difficult diets are so difficult to follow. The people who prepare these diets, simply don't understand that all individual cannot be the same.
