LIVE COVERAGE: Tour of Britain 2012 - Devon stage
Thousands of people turned out to cheer on a host of top cyclists today as the Tour of Britain 2012 came to Devon.
Spectators lined the route as the penultimate stage of the tour saw cyclists travel from Barnstaple to Dartmouth.

The race got underway in Barnstaple just after 10.15am and cyclists travelled through a number of towns including Bideford, Torrington, Okehampton and across Dartmoor before crossing the finish line in Dartmouth at around 3pm.

Devon's Jon Tiernan-Locke, who is a member of the Newton Abbot-based Mid-Devon Cycle Club, continues to lead the Tour going into the final stage.
He retained the gold jersey after a fantastic performance in his home county.
Spain's Pablo Urtusan won today's stage, while Dutchman Marc De Marr came second.
Tiernan-Locke now leads the overall race by 18 seconds.

Ahead of today's race, Devon’s Jon Tiernan-Locke had said the Devon stage of the tour would be “amazing”.
The Endura Racing pro, who was given the leader's gold jersey after finishing second in yesterday’s stage said “It's going to be amazing. I know the roads like the back of my hand!
"Thirteen seconds is pretty slim, and we'll probably need some more. It's going to be tremendous - another day with a hard finish.
"Loads of people have texted me to say where they are going to be on the route tomorrow. To have this jersey on, it's going to be quite surreal."
Tour de France winner Bradley Wiggins did not race in today’s stage of the tour after he withdrew from the competition due to a stomach bug.
