Man, 24, denies arson at family home in Plymouth
A MAN has denied arson at a family home.
Daniel Lawson, aged 24, allegedly started a fire in the hall of the house, reckless as to whether life was endangered.
He pleaded not guilty at Plymouth Crown Court to the offence in Foliot Road, North Prospect, on August 12.
Judge Paul Darlow listed a trial for July 8.
Lawson, of Grassendale Avenue, North Prospect, was released on conditional bail.
