Man arrested after van blocks railway line causing trains to be cancelled
A man has been charged with drinking and driving after a van blocked a railway line near Plymouth.
Devon and Cornwall police were sent to the Liskeard to Looe branchline at midnight this morning where a van was on the tracks.

A 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drink driving.
The line was closed for several hours.
