A MAN has been cleared of carrying out an attack on a pub-goer.

Michal Walaszczyk, of Beaumont Road, Plymouth, was found not guilty of wounding with intent following a week-long trial at Truro Crown Court.

Walaszczyk, aged 23, was accused of carrying out the alleged offence between July 1 and 4 last year in Torpoint.
