Man cleared of sex assault in Plymouth nightclub

A MAN has been cleared of sexual assault in a nightclub.

Christopher Davison, aged 37, had denied indecently assaulting a woman on September 24, 2011.

But a jury could not agree on its verdict after a trial at Plymouth Crown Court.

The Crown Prosecution Service decided not to ask for a second trial and offered no evidence.
