Man faces trial accused of pushing another through window
A STOKE man who denies pushing another through a plate-glass window is to face trial next year.
David Mears, aged 54, of Northesk Street, pleaded not guilty to unlawful wounding when he appeared at Plymouth Crown Court.
The trial will start on January 31, and will last at least three days.
Mears was granted conditional bail.
