Man killed in Plymouth tower block plunge named
The man who died after he fell from a third floor flat in Devonport has been named as Andrew Dann, 40.
Police and paramedics were called to the scene in Tavy House, Duke Street at about 12.30pm on Monday.

Mr Dann suffered horrific injuries and died at Derriford Hospital hospital that night.
