Man racially abused Plymouth boy, 13
A MAN aged up to 40-years-old walking two dogs racially abused a Plymouth boy aged just 13, police said today.
The attack happened in Mutley Plain between 5.40pm and 5.50pm on Tuesday between the Fortescue pub and Moorview Terrace.

The suspect is described as being a white man between 25-40 years old wearing a hoody and jeans. He is believed to be local to the area.

“MMmmm A Man aged 25 to 40 wearing a hoody and walking two dogs. If I were the Police I would look for anyone in the area walking two dogs aged 25 to 40, and when they find him ask him why he was such a naughty 25 to 40 year old.”
