Man stole spirits in burglary at Plymouth shop
A MAN stole bottles of spirits worth more than £300 during a burglary of a Co-op store, a court heard.
Darren White, aged 37, admitted entering the stock room of the Mutley Plain branch as a trespasser on September 10.
Plymouth magistrates heard that White, of Langhill Road, Peverell, stole spirits worth £367. The offence was committed with an unknown accomplice, the court heard.
He was given a 15-month community order with 100 hours unpaid work and was ordered to pay £500 compensation.
