“I definitely saw some discarded empty vodka bottles on Mutley Plain this morning when I was going along there in a taxi. I phoned the police and they said they were very grateful for my phone call.”

“well all i can say is as we have no deterrent at all , this is the reason they do it even if they get bang to rights they walk away free to do it yet again .
so bring back the stocks , birch , hanging , any form of punishment , but let us the public do it.
i bet they think twice after us handing out the punishments .”
