Matt's a cocktail king
MUTLEY mixologist Matt Green is feeling 'Hunky Dory' after tasting success in an international cocktail competition.
The talented 26-year-old was crowned world champion in the Apéritifs category at Drinks International's annual challenge.

Matt came up with the concoction – which he christened The Hunky Dory – while working behind the bar at the Plymouth Gin Distillery's plush The Refectory lounge.
The champion tipple wowed judges in the capital with its mixture of Navy Strength Plymouth Gin, whiskey, vermouth, Japanese liqueur Choya Shiso and Velvet Falernum, a spiced lime cordial made in Barbados.

"It's quite a strong drink, with smokey flavours and a little bit of sweetness," said long-time barman and mixologist Matt.
"I entered as a long-shot but to win is just amazing."
Matt's award-winning Hunky Dory is on the Barbican venue's latest cocktails menu.
