Plymouth men stole cash from neighbour
TWO men stole £70 from a man's flat, a court heard.
Brian Gunningham, aged 27, and 32-year-old Ricky Loram-Martin, who both have previous convictions for theft, swiped the cash from a wallet.
Recorder Richard Davison said the pair had abused the trust of their victim, a neighbour of Gunningham's.
He jailed Loram Martin for three months and gave Gunningham a community order.

The pair admitted theft of £70 at the home in Neswick Street, Stonehouse, on October 10 last year.
Emma Birt, for the Crown Prosecution Service, said the pair had entered the flat after banging on the resident's door late at night.
Nick Lewin, for Gunningham, said he had taken heroin in the past but was working hard to turn his life around.
Ali Rafati, for Loram-Martin, of Browning Road, Milehouse, said he was asking to go to prison immediately.
Recorder Davison jailed Loram-Martin for three months but handed Gunningham a 12-month community order under probation supervision and told him to complete the service's Low Intensity Alcohol Programme.
