ENJOY a heroic charity night out in Ivybridge on Thursday.

The Watermark hosts the Band of Maestros as they play a programme of rousing music in aid of Help for Heroes.

The Plymouth-based Maestros are ex-services musicians including from the Royal Marines, Brigade Of Guards, The Royal Signals and a New Zealand Navy band.

The Thursday concert is mainly 'heroic' music, such as film themes from The Dambusters, The Great Escape, 633 Squadron and Pirates of the Caribbean.

All the proceeds will go to the charity for wounded services personnel.
