Kim, from Plymstock, said: "When I had the call to say I'd won it was definitely a nice surprise – I actually had forgotten I'd entered which I put down to baby brain.
"The prizes are great, I think the free parking at Western Approach is particularly good as it could save you a bomb, and I was already thinking about booking tickets for Cinderella on Ice so now I can use these tickets instead.
"I still haven't quite got my head around all the prizes but the selection is fantastic and I'm delighted to have won."
The competition was run by Plymouth City Centre Company in association with Destination Plymouth.
Holly Nuttall, assistant city centre manager said: "We really wanted to go all out and put together a prize package that would give someone a Christmas to remember. I hope Kim and her family enjoy everything they have won."
