Night of music in aid of Poppy, 7
A CHARITY night is being held to raise money for a little girl who was injured in a road accident.
The Plymstock Club is hosting a night of music in aid of seven-year-old Poppy Drake who was hospitalised for six months after being in collision with a van in Plymstock in April last year.
The club have been fundraising for Poppy since April this year and will continue to do so until next April. They are hoping to set up a trust fund for the youngster to help with her future rehabilitation.
On Saturday night they are hosting a Music Night For Poppy at the Hotel Mt Batten, on St Lawrence Road, in Plymstock, from 8.45pm.
