Paloma Faith to play sell-out crowd at Plymouth Pavilions tonight
SHE said 'goodbye' to her debut album Do You Want The Truth or Something Beautiful last time she played Plymouth, and tonight Paloma Faith returns to the Pavilions to give us another theatrical extravaganza with tracks from her latest long player Fall To Grace.
Like a more tasteful version of Lady Ga Ga, she can always be relied upon to wear the most dramatic costumes as she did last Sunday as the only live artist to be televised performing at the BAFTAs. And if her stage set is anything like as sumptuous as it was last time fans are in for a visual treat.
Those lucky enough to have tickets for the show – which sold out months ago – are also in for an aural treat as she gives deliciously raspy renditions of her hit singles Picking Up The Pieces plus Stone Cold Sober, Upside Down and of course New York New York.
