FURTHER to the letter from Dave Saunders about cars being ticketed in Cornwall Street during the evenings, may I suggest a solution? Come down to the Barbican, which is stuffed full of restaurants. Neither the police nor the traffic wardens mind anyone parking on the pavements in Hoegate Street or Notte Street for hours, or overnight if you over-indulge.
