Plymouth Argyle players lend a hand to anti-racism event for school kids
FOOTBALLERS from Plymouth Argyle's first team will be lending their support to the game's chief anti-racism campaign at an event for primary schoolchildren tomorrow.
The Pilgrims players will be teaching young people about the dangers of racism at a 'Show Racism the Red Card' (SRtRC) event at Home Park between 9:30am-2:15pm.

At least 100 pupils from the city's primary schools will take part in a variety of anti-racism activities as well as having the chance to put questions to the Argyle stars.
SRtRC chief executive Ged Grebby said: "We are really grateful to Plymouth City Council and Plymouth Argyle for supporting and organising this full-day event with us. We believe education is vital in tackling inter-generational racism and we hope the players have a positive impact on the young people of Plymouth."
