“I remember when Pengelly's muppits were trying to get £600 from me for my wife's short stay in a respite centre , when I was told her funding was all taken care of . After many phone calls to the council and was being pushed in a corner to pay this money , I employed a solicitor .
She sent the council one letter , stating that they could use discretion on this fee , and if they kept on insisting on this fee we would report them to the ombudsman .
Bye return of post the council said they wouldn't ask for this fee , that letter cost ,me £528 so don't tell me Pengelly and her Muppet's have a heart”
