Plymouth Crown Court to sentence attacker for serious assault
A MAN is to be sentenced at Crown Court for a serious assault.
Nathan Egan, 23, admitted assaulting a man causing actual bodily harm on May 23.
Egan, of Albert Road, Stoke, pleaded guilty to the assault on Mark Johnson.
But he denied an alternative charge of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

That plea was accepted by the Crown Prosecution Service.
Egan was released on bail to be sentenced on October 5.
