Plymouth Languages Cafe gets different tongues wagging
"TOWN and gown" are coming together at a Plymouth University Language Cafe.
The cafe, set up by staff from the university's Business School, is open to the public, staff and students.
A native speaker at each table guide conversations in French, Spanish and English, and occasionally German, Chinese or Italian.
University lecturer Ricky Lowes said: "The Languages Café helps home and international students to make contact and network, fosters cross-cultural friendships, and links town and gown."
