WO Cochrane said: "Training is going very well, the military guys have been training with the civilian boxers.
"The Plymouth team is made up of four from 29 Commando, two from HMS Drake and two Royal Marines and Carl's Boxing Stable.
"There will be a mixture of military and civilian matches with the main aim being to raise as much money as possible.
"It's the first time we've mixed the teams, last time we boxed against each other."
Tickets are still available for the event which begins at 6pm on Friday March 1. A £25 ticket includes a buffet and curry. There will also be a bar. Corporate tickets and tables are available.
