Extensive searches have been carried out by police, MoD, coastguard and Royal Navy crews, but Jordan has still not been located.

A police spokesman said: "Based on the time since he went missing, the last known sighting of him in the River Tamar on New Year's Eve and no information since, there is now little hope of finding Jordan alive.

"The coastguard and MoD launches will continue to search for Jordan during their daily patrols along the Tamar."

“Which basically means they've stopped searching. Had to happen at some point I guess. Hope it brings some kind of closure for the family.”
