“Mr Bickley what are you doing to prevent a repeat of the shocking treatment of a young autistic girl in Plymouth because I am fully aware Devon and Cornwall Police are signed up to a Mencap charter to protect people with mental health issues yet on several occasions have failed to do so.

As an autistic person living in the city myself and an ambassador with the National Autistic Society I would like to know are you personally going to ensure that myself and other autistic people in Plymouth are treated with respect and care and understanding by your officers.”

As an innocent person driving a perfectly legitimate vehicle I was pulled over for the 2nd time in a month for a check by all manner of authorities as I am going about my task of earning a living and trying to pay various council bills or end up in prison .
