"The team always tries to answer as many questions as possible within the two hours, and any they can't get to are answered as soon as possible after the event.
"It is a unique opportunity to put your questions directly to the man in charge of Plymouth policing."
Questions the team face on Friday could include recent policing issues such as job cuts, the new crime and police commissioner, the reaction of armed officers to incidents in the city and the current closure of the custody cells at Charles Cross Police Station.
The question and answer session is the latest in a series hosted on thisisplymouth – which recently included discussions with the managing director of MVV Environment Devonport Paul Carey, who took questions on the new incinerator, and South West Devon MP Gary Streeter.
On March 15, Plymouth Sutton and Devonport MP Oliver Colvile will take questions, while Plymouth Moor View MP Alison Seabeck takes questions on March 22.
You can take part in this Friday's debate by going to www.thisisplymouth.co.uk between 12.30pm and 2.30pm tomorrow.
If you are unable to make it, email questions to nshaw@theplymouthherald.co.uk today.

“Mr Bickley what are you doing to prevent a repeat of the shocking treatment of a young autistic girl in Plymouth because I am fully aware Devon and Cornwall Police are signed up to a Mencap charter to protect people with mental health issues yet on several occasions have failed to do so.
As an autistic person living in the city myself and an ambassador with the National Autistic Society I would like to know are you personally going to ensure that myself and other autistic people in Plymouth are treated with respect and care and understanding by your officers.”

Will the police work with a partner organisation to get this to happen?”

“The Police are only taught in Statutes and Acts......THEY ARE NOT LAWS!!......STATUTES AND ACTS are given the force of law by the consent of the Governed .......You tell them you DO NOT consent and you take away thier rights......YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT BLAH BLAH BLAH ........stay silent......they can not use your silence against you!!!.....we all have rights but the government are hiding them all away with all their bull***t and misleading us all to control us......Stay silent, refuse them consent,....as long as you have not broken the "LAW"....common law....you have nothing to worry about,....Take back your rights from these corrupt criminals who are breaking the law 24/7......become a freeman....until you do your all under slavery of a corporation......
Article 39. of the MAGNA CARTA
39. No freeman shall be arrested or imprisoned or deprived of his freehold or outlawed or banished or in any way ruined, nor will we take or order action against him, except by the lawful judgment of his equals and according to the law of the land.”

“Having had a rather interesting web-chat, email, and text exchange with Chief Superintendent Andy Bickley's predecessor, as well as the man now in position replacement himself, I understand that whilst Chief Superintendent Andy Bickley was personally unable to assist with the intimidation programmes NatWest Bank was enforcing on its customers as he did not have the necessary authority and the role of protecting human life was referred to Metropolitan Police, London; since the local Police and Crime Commissioner 'Boss' Hogg has yet to come out as a champion against local corporate and police corruption and in the absence of Steven Otter (QC), maybe Chief Supt Bickley (often known via alias in his dual roles of Andy and Becky being representative of both angles in his lines ho ho) has an update on his career progression as to development in the thing in respect of the pyramid marketing suicide cults Freemasonry, Church of Scientology (Dianetics, Scientology, the works of L. Ron Hubbard [secretly merely another method of maintaining a hierarchy of influence, self-interest, and control]), which are undoubtedly responsible for crimes including intimidation, harassment, nepotism, and conspiracy to 'mordor', in Plymouth.”

“Even my old granny knows this stuff is pure bu"l"s"t. As an innocent person driving a perfectly legitimate vehicle I was pulled over for the 2nd time in a month for a check by all manner of authorities as I am going about my task of earning a living and trying to pay various council bills or end up in prison . I was only surprised I wasnt strip searched - for my own good that is -and why worry about it if I had nothing to hide ? .
I have neighbours who are are on drugs all day and partying and who would sell their granny for the next bit of smack who laugh at me like a mug when I leave for work.... these so called PC online talks reek of nothing but pure c""p made to make 100 year olds feel safe .”

“All well and good but, here's a suggestion - why not hold a public 'briefing'...say once a month, at the Guild Hall, perhaps together with the Police and Crime Commissioner?
It might be nice to see a Police Officer, once in a while, as we no longer see our Neighbourhood Beat Officer ( hate that new title Neighbourhood Beat Manager!) on foot patrol to deter and prevent crime.”

“Interesting to read this in the news today (real news from a proper news provider i.e. not the Herald) - UK IN COURT ON AIR POLLUTION LEVELS - http://tinyurl.com/bo8og7d
DEFRA are one of the major organisations behind a national policy of building incinerators (and very much behind the MoD/ SWDWP project at the Barne Barton site) demonstrating to all how much they (don't)care for the health and wellbeing of all citizens, and how trustworthy their hollow meaningless words really are.”
