Officers say they are looking out for common conributing factors of accidents and injuries - including speed, using a mobile phone and not wearing a seatbelt.
Officers tweeted this morning: "Marked and unmarked vehicles out today, remember the rules of the road! Consider @HighwayCodeGB , don't use your phone and look ahead!"
