Plymouth's Westcountry Wedding Show will have the Wow factor

FASHION shows, live music, a cocktail bar and hog roast will form part of this year's Westcountry Wedding Show.

New areas have been added to the showcase at Plymouth Pavilions to help those who are planning their big day.

The main stage catwalk show will display designer outfits for the whole wedding party, including menswear, bridesmaids and flower girls from The Ivory Tower, The Wedding Company, Prudence Gowns, Perfection Bridal and Menswear, Jane's of Torquay and Bella Bella Bridal Wear.

There will also be live demonstrations and the chance to listen to live bands such as V8 Music, Gez Thomas, The Black Diamonds and Jessica and The Rabbits.

A cocktail bar, a champagne bar and a hog roast are also new additions to this year's event.

The show this Sunday, organised by The Herald and Western Morning News, will allow guests to see exhibitors which provide everything needed for the perfect wedding, with many exhibitors running special offers.

Younger Photography will be offering two free parent albums with every booking for a 2013 wedding, worth over £1,000, as well as other offers from Sound Fitness, Sarah Bennett Make-up Artist and The Moorland Garden Hotel.

Admission for the show, open from 11am to 4pm, is £2 per person on the day or in advance from www. plymouthpavilions.co.uk.

Children under 15 are free when accompanied by an adult.
