The gang spent Red Nose Day persuading customers to dig deep for their charity drive.

Sainsbury's staff at Marsh Mills do the Cha Cha Slide for Comic Relief
Many of them went all out in fancy dress costumes, while others donned bright red Comic Relief T-shirts and red noses.
Then they took to the shop floor to do something funny for money and performed the cha cha slide. They joined forces with staff from stores across the county to simultaneously take part in the dance craze.

There was lots of laughs as the staff lined up for their performance in front of bemused shoppers.
But it was worth the effort, the big-hearted lot raised a packet for Comic Relief.

“I was staying with a mate in the Midlands on Friday so after an all night skinfull we decided to do something funny for money. It seemed like a good idea at the time but with hindsight running into the playground of a convent school before the bell went off doing Nelly the Elephant might have been an error of judgement.”
