A MAN accused of groping a woman in a city nightclub is to face trial next year.
Christopher Davison appeared at Plymouth Crown Court yesterday, where he denied the single charge of sexually touching a woman over the age of 16.
The court heard the 36-year-old, from Shildon in County Durham, was arrested after the incident in a city bar on September 24 last year.
The court was told how the alleged victim had told police Davison had put his hand up her skirt three times while she was on the dance floor.
