Police appeal to track down Barry Baum
POLICE officers are searching for this man, who is wanted on recall to prison.
Barry Baum, also known as Barry Hambly, is believed to be in the Plymouth area.

He is described as white man, approximately 5ft 11inches and of proportionate build. He has short dark brown hair, bushy eyebrows, and is clean shaven.
He has a deep voice with a West Country accent, a tribal tattoo on his upper right arm, a brown mole on his left lower cheek and a one-inch scar on his right eyebrow.
