Police investigate death of man in 20s after he was found with serious injuries
POLICE say they are investigating how a man died outside a house in Bere Alston.
Officers were called to Pentillie Road in the village shortly after 6.20pm on Monday night following reports of a man with serious injuries outside a property.

Paramedics were also called to the location but the man was pronounced deceased at the scene. Police say the death of the man, understood to be in his late 20s, was being treated as unexplained but not suspicious. No one has been arrested and police say they were not looking for anyone in connection with the incident.
The man has not been named by police and no cause of death has been given. The case has been referred to the coroner and detectives are gathering information on the circumstances of the man's death in advance of an inquest.
