Police find man, 54, hanged
A MAN has been found hanged at a property in Stoke, police have said.
The Herald believes the man to be 54-year-old Michael John Skinner, although the body is yet to be formally identified.
Officers were called to a property in Stoke at 7.43pm on Tuesday.
A spokesman for the local force said they received the call following concerns from a member of the family who had not recently heard from the man.

"On arrival a man was found hanging and declared dead at the scene," the spokesman said.
"There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the man's death at this time and police will now carry out an investigation," he said.
