Plymouth police search for teenager who breached licence
POLICE are seeking a wanted teenager who breached the licence conditions of his release from a young offenders' institution.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 18-year-old Sam Benjamin Small (pictured right) who previously lived in Plymouth. Police have carried out extensive enquiries to locate Small but are now appealing for the public's help. He is described as 5ft 11ins tall and of small build.
He is clean shaven, with short dark brown hair and a four inch scar on his left forearm. Anyone who has information on Small's whereabouts should call police on 101, quoting crime reference EC/12/6182.
