Police seek Plymouth man in Cornwall for recall to prison

Police are seeking a 48-year-old man who is wanted on recall to prison.

Paul Richard Price is believed to be in the Cornwall area and is known to have links to the travelling community.

Price, who previously lived in Plymouth, was released from HMP Dartmoor on 27 April 2012 but has failed to comply with the conditions of his license and has now been recalled to prison.

He is described as white, six feet tall, of medium build and has dark brown hair. He is now believed to be clean shaven and has cut his hair.

Price has numerous scars including two on the bridge of his nose, an eight inch scar on the outside of his left arm and a two inch scar on his left forearm. He has a deformed middle finger on his right hand and the ring finger is missing.
