“Am desperately disappointed by the situation. Things look really dire, especially as other teams have games in hand. It feels worse than last season because we were down then but survived whereas, this season, we could have been ok but have headed downward. I hope there is something about the new manager that inspires the players and moves us up. I'll not stop supporting Argyle but I am at a really low point.”

“@ WILFWASTHEMAN, what a Wilf, do really want your club and ours to go defunct; OK so you are upset like a lot of us, but now is not the time to throw in the towel. If you do not want to continue supporting the club you use to love, don't assume all Argyle have the same opinion.

I am not amused at the current demise, but we were there last term and survived, so I am sure that with John Sheridan at the helm it can be turned around again. Only this time we will be in better shape next term, when there is a better foundation. James Brent must be convinced of the realities of running a modern day football club, the criteria and although painful to the pocket, he must financially support the decisions made by JS.

    Living in hope.”

“@WILFWASTHEMAN. Guess I'll be one of the few that agrees with you. Barring a miracle there is no way Sheridan, or anyone else for that matter, can make a team out of this lot. As there is no money available, nothing can change, apart from team selection. It's been obvious for a couple of seasons now, except to those who chose not to see it, that we no longer have the resources to stay in the football league. So, thanks Mr Sturrock and Mr Stapleton for spending money we didn't have on rubbish, grossly overpaid players, who were given ridiculous contracts. You're to blame for this.”

“LOL at wiggys - dream on Port Vale 4 PAFC hammered. Only 43% of the play, next to bottom with other teams having games in hand. Hope the new manager is a miracle worker..just wished that Fletcher went earlier.

How are we going to offload these players Wiggy's?”

“OK I am going to say something I never thought I would or could say - it would have been better if we had been allowed to die as a club when we were in administration. Like others I cannot remember when I last got any enjoyment from supporting this shower. if you allow for Rovers games in hand we are effectively bottom of the league and have become the laughing stock of the football world. JB - withdraw your funding and put the club out of its misery. I am very embittered about the club I used to love.”

“Got his work cut out. Now 2nd from bottom. First job show Chadwick and Feeney the door and bring in couple of strikers.

Very depressing seeing us in the relegation zone!

Brings back memories of last year and couldn't stand another relegation fight but no choice now

I hope Sheidan has the midas touch”
