Prince Harry back in UK after Afghan tour of duty
PRINCE Harry has arrived back in the UK after his tour of duty in Afghanistan.
The 28-year-old Apache co-pilot gunner has been on post-deployment "decompression" at a British military base, thought to be in Cyprus, since leaving Helmand Province on Monday evening.
He landed at RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire on a regular personnel flight and is expected to travel on with his unit, 662 Squadron, 3 Regiment Army Air Corps, to their Suffolk headquarters.
Harry is likely to have sunk his first beer in 20 weeks on the Mediterranean island, as troops are given four cans of lager to help unwind after an arduous tour in Helmand.

The prince has revealed to the media that he took Taliban fighters "out of the game" from the cockpit of Apache attack helicopters and admitted he "let himself down" by romping naked in Las Vegas just weeks before his deployment.

“yeah him and everyone else.....completely disrespectful to the regular serviceman who do their tour of duty without fanfare(and I must add without being rushed to safety by royal protection guards when your base comes under attack while your `mates` are taking up defense of it)
The guy is a coward who hides behind his protection when hes in any `real` danger....his `tour` is a joke, nothing but a pr stunt by the palace and the publicity over it is mind-numbing.....saw the daily mirror headline on Tuesday what was it? oh yes in big letters......HARRY.....IVE KILLED TALIBAN!.....well no **** mate your an attack chopper pilot THAT'S YOUR JOB! haha completely ridiculous!
Hes just like his older bro......`oh look at me im a search and rescue pilot honest.....look at me im working.....look everybody!.....ignore the fact I get one hell of a lot more time off then any of my `colleagues` and I only seem to be at work when the tv cameras are there! .
