Probe into death at Plymouth centre for homeless
AN INVESTIGATION is underway after a body was found at a Devonport hostel.
The body of a man, believed to be aged 41, was discovered in a bedroom of The Salvation Army's Devonport House Lifehouse yesterday.

A spokesperson for the Devonport House Lifehouse confirmed the man's body had been taken away by the coroner.
A police spokesperson said: "We were called at 11.24am yesterday and a man was found deceased in a private bedroom.

"An ambulance was called and the next of kin was due to be informed.
"It is not believed to be suspicious at this time. Police are continuing to determine his cause of death."
Residents were in shock at the discovery.
One Devonport resident, who asked to remain anonymous, said: "I can't believe that, that's so sad to hear. You just hope he didn't suffer."
Devonport House is located on Park Avenue and is a 60 bed homeless Centre dealing with single homeless males over the age of 18.
