Pupils enjoy a taste of the Orient
PRIMARY school children gained hands-on experience of life in a Chinese restaurant, as part of an unusual project.
As part of Hyde Park Junior School's China Week, the year 4 children visited The View Pan Asia Restaurant in Royal Parade.
As well as helping to create dishes and assist the chefs, the children also got to grips with chopsticks and sampled the food.
They were invited to have a look around the restaurant and its kitchens.
