Retired police officers take force to tribunal
Retired Devon and Cornwall police officers are taking the force to an employment tribunal over alleged age discrimination.
Across the country 250 officers are challenging five forces over Regulation A19 - which makes police who have served for 30 years retire.
The officers are seeking compensation for unfair dismissal and may ask to be reinstated.
The challenge is being lead by Devon and Cornwall Police Federation.
