Self-tanning focus of open event
AN OPEN evening has been organised to learn more about self-tanning.
The event is being held in the beauty therapy salon at Cornwall College Saltash on Thursday Thursday from 5pm until 7.30pm alongside a wider open evening for all courses.
Visitors are invited to try products, take a look around the facilities, meet staff and current students and learn more about the art of self-tanning.
Dave Linnell, principal of Cornwall College, said: "These specialist open evenings are a great way for us to demonstrate our students' abilities and to allow them to pass what they have learnt on within a real life scenario. It also allows us to show off the fantastic facilities we have at our Saltash campus."

The event has been arranged by the beauty therapy level three group and will focus on spray and cream tanning. Students, supported by staff, will be on hand to offer advice and put on demonstrations. Programme manager for beauty therapy Pamela Davies said: "The evening is a great opportunity for our students to demonstrate what they have learnt about self-tanning so far."
