Sentencing of drug dealer adjourned as partner goes into labour
A TEENAGE father-to-be avoided being sentenced for dealing drugs – because his partner had gone into labour.
Marcus Hart was due to appear in the dock at Plymouth Magistrates' Court yesterday.
The court had heard previously how the 19-year-old had panicked about cash when his girlfriend fell pregnant.
An earlier hearing was told how Hart started selling cannabis to his friends because he had no money to support the baby.

The teenager was caught red-handed by police with drugs worth £1,205.
Hart, of Mount Gould Road, has admitted possession of 120 grams of cannabis – a Class B drug – with intent to supply on July 7.
He also admitted possession of 0.02 grams of the Class A drug DMT on the same date.
Hart's sentencing was yesterday adjourned in light of the fact his partner had gone into labour.
He was released on unconditional bail to return to the court for sentence on February 1.

“by doing so the "dealer " & his girlfriend are now getting a flat and plenty off support money ............? punishment ?”
