Sex assault trial date set for man accused of attacks on girls
A MAN accused of sexually assaulting two young girls is to face trial next month.
Kevin Davis, aged 49, appeared at Plymouth Crown Court charged with the two offences, both of which he denied.
He faces one count of sexual assault on a girl under the age of 13 on April 13 this year and one of assaulting a different girl, also under the age of 13, on May 15, 2010.
Davis, whose address was given as Exeter Prison, appeared in court wearing a striped shirt and dark trousers.
