“What's hard about it? The old change up trick is yonks old. You just reset them them at every step. If a numpty can figure out how to 'change up' then it is not difficult.
Potbelly, I take you you were the shop assistant in question?!”

“Well done Herald ... at least you managed to show the pic of the "alleged"culprit for a change and got the colour of the jeans correct . Not to bad an effort on the colour of the top he was wearing ... but you are getting there slowly . Well done .”

“Kwaker10r
I'm sure she was confused if you tried to give a $5 note, maybe you should of given her a £5 note instead?? Did you ask for some euros in your change as well?
Not really sure why you would want a £2 coin instead of a £1 and a 50p though!”

“@Kwacker10R
To be fair that is a pretty unusual scenario. Maybe if the item costs £5.10 and you pay with a £10 note and 10pence coin so you get a £5 note back and not lots of coins it would be understandable, but in your situation you are getting a two pound coin instead of a one pound coin and a fifty pence. Whats the point?...... Or am I missing something?
I would definitely fault her for calling the supervisor and ignoring you though; poor customer service.”

“Some store staff are amazingly dense.
I bought an item for £3.50 and offered a $5 note and a 50p coin. She just looked at me puzzled and called the stores assistant. I tried to explain to her what it was for and she just ignored me. GIVE ME STRENGTH!!! The stores assistant turned up and had to explain to her what to do!!”
