Shouldn't scaffold have come down?
I WAS interested to read about the scaffolding still erected in Mount Gould Road.
I thought that by law you couldn't have scaffolding up for more than six months, especially with all these new laws from the EU regarding health and safety.
Who would one sue if said scaffolding was to fall and cause an accident, considering it's been up for years not months?
I have lived in Lipson Road for more than 50 years and used to take my children around Christmas time to see the lights and the snowman that was always there.
