“Does this mean that the "vital" works, that are so important it is signposted will take a month roadworks on North Cross roundabout because of a snowflake, will be delayed even further than they already are and causing chaos on a weekend for no reason at all, when the workers disappear on a friday morning till mid afternoon monday ?
