St Mellion face Lelant's West Cornwall, Sunday's biggest winners following a big 9¼- 3½ win over Newquay at Perranporth.
The date for the semi-finals, Sunday February 24, is fixed but venues still have to be confirmed.
St Mellion touring professional James Ruth (above) is set to tee off in the first of six rounds for the final stage of qualifying for next year's PGA European Tour.
The 27-year-old Plymothian – who was raised in Tavistock – recently finished joint fifth in second stage qualifying at Lumine Golf and Beach Club in Tarragona, Spain.
Now Ruth will again repeat last year's feat of competing at the PGA Catalunya Resort and final stage of tour qualifying.
A total of 73 players have earned a chance to bid for a European Tour card in Girona, starting today.
Those who made the cut will be joined by exempt players – including Wembury-based Scottish ace Scott Drummond – as they return to Spain for the gruelling six-round marathon of final stage over the next six days.
The best 25 players and ties gain a Category 11b membership of the European Tour and those making the cut after four rounds earn a category for the Challenge Tour.
