A PLYMOUTH student letting company has expanded and moved to larger and more modern premises.

Home and Student Link has relocated to larger premises in North Hill, close to its former base.

Richard Rabin, director, said: "This is a positive move by our company due to the expansion of our business over the last few years.

"Our previous office was far too small for the amount of students we were looking after."

"We have gone for a state-of-the-art office with interactive screens giving information on our properties as well as a very funky feel to the office.

"We are delighted and the initial feedback from students and landlords is extremely positive."

The new offices are also located next to the North Road East car park and is "only a short walk from the university", Mr Rabin said.

He added: "We are now in a position to expand even further, if we wish to.

"With the Peninsular Student Living building at Derriford being under Home and Student Link's management the extra office space was essential.

"We are trying to attract new landlords and felt this was a positive step to show potential landlords our aims and the service we can provide."
