Student's first class service
STUDENTS got a taste of delivering first class dining service when they served customers a hotel restaurant recently.
The students are all pupils at Cornwall College Saltash and studying Food and Beverage VRQ level one.
Guests at St Mellion International hotel's dining restaurant 'An Boesti' enjoyed a three course meal.
Lecturer Penny Rees said: "This was an amazing opportunity for the group to get experience of working in a four star resort's fine dining restaurant.

Student Anna Fox, 16, was the restaurant manager on the day and said: "We were all looking forward to our first real service at St Mellion and felt very nervous, but it went really well and in the end everyone enjoyed the experience."
