IF YOU are a sufferer of fibromyalgia, then help is at hand.

The Launceston and District group of fibromyalgia/ME/CFS sufferers meets on the second Wednesday of every month at the Dingley Hall, in the Methodist Church in Launceston, Cornwall.

Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition characterised by widespread pain and extreme fatigue.

Described as an aching or burning pain, often from head to toe, the syndrome can change location, often becoming more severe in parts of the body that are used most.

The meetings run from 10am until midday, with a variety of speakers every month. Sufferers, their carers and friends who help are all invited to join the group.
